Millionaire Club is a luxury streetwear brand built for high-performers, visionaries, and modern leaders. Each collection is crafted with purpose, precision, and Parisian minimalism—designed to elevate your lifestyle through timeless design and statement silhouettes.

Where are you based?
We operate globally, with our creative direction influenced by fashion capitals such as Paris, Barcelona, Oslo, and Dubai. Our pieces are available for worldwide shipping.

ORDERS

How do I place an order?
Simply select your desired item, choose your size, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your payment is processed.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
To maintain fast processing, orders begin fulfillment quickly. If you need to make a change, email us at hi@millionaireclubclo.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also log into your account to view the order status.

SHIPPING

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and times may vary depending on your location.

How long will delivery take?

  • International standard orders: 7-14 business days. Please allow up to 20 days for international shipment orders sometimes before emailing us. 

  • Fast Intl. shipping: 5–10 business days (for an additional fee at checkout)

Shipping times may vary during high-demand periods or global shipping delays.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—we offer free standard shipping on all standard orders at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Email our support team at hi@millionaireclubclo.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide next steps.

Do you offer refunds?
We currently offer store credit or exchange only. This policy helps us maintain sustainable and intentional production.

However, in certain cases you may request a refund depending on your order status:

  • If your order has not yet entered production, we will issue a full refund immediately.

  • If your order is marked as “In Production,” “Production Completed,” or “Qualified,” we’ll deduct product costs and refund the remainder.

  • After your order is shipped, refunds are only accepted in cases of defective or incorrect items.

In such cases, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Send your order ID and clear photos/videos of the issue to hi@millionaireclubclo.com and we’ll follow up with a solution.

SIZING & FIT

How do your clothes fit?
Most of our pieces are designed with an oversized, relaxed silhouette. Check each product page for specific fit notes or refer to our Size Guide.

I’m between sizes—what should I do?
If you prefer a more tailored fit, size down. For a true oversized look, go with your regular size.

PRODUCTS & RESTOCKS

Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some essentials may restock, but many drops are limited and won’t return. Sign up for email or SMS notifications to stay updated.

Are your clothes unisex?
Yes. All Millionaire Club pieces are designed to be worn by anyone who resonates with the energy, regardless of gender.

Do you offer custom pieces or collabs?
